- Sourcing the through different sources (Iinked-in/ Social Media/and other forum)
- Timely coordination for Interview
- Managing the data of the candidate. Past IT recruitments experience 1.5+Years &above and Sourcing on Job boards, mainly on Jobs portal for six months is preferred
