  • Good exposure in sourcing profile from different portals and Social media.
  • Conducting preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidate to check his interest and availability, reasons for change, proficiency in the required technical skills, communication skills, attitude, and salary expectation 
  • Must be good in communication. 
  • Good in Email drafting
