- Strong commercial experience in a significant software-based technical project management role
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills
- Hands-on background in software development, business analysis or technical project management
- Hands-on experience managing projects based on Agile methods, as well as a good understanding of both Agile and Waterfall-based project delivery methods
- First-class communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent track record of managing multiple software development streams
